Our service team reviews the brief, confirms feasibility, and accepts or declines the request with a written response.
A dedicated channel opens between you and the maker. Iterate on design details, materials, and finish until the plan is locked.
Once the plan is confirmed, production starts on a fixed date with a named maker accountable for the build.
The completed work is photographed and previewed. You review, request final edits, and approve before it leaves the studio.
The piece is dispatched, tracked in transit, and confirmed received. Aftercare and follow-up continue from here.
